Pickle Chip Dip
Whether it’s served as an appetizer, side, or campfire snack, this dip just may become a star of the night. Pair it with a plain chip of your choice to really appreciate the dilly goodness.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream regular, not light
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup dill pickles diced
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill weed chopped
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, and garlic powder with an electric mixer until blended and smooth.
- Stir in diced pickles and dill weed by hand. Serve with your favorite chips.
