Pickle Chip Dip

Whether it’s served as an appetizer, side, or campfire snack, this dip just may become a star of the night. Pair it with a plain chip of your choice to really appreciate the dilly goodness.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream regular, not light
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup dill pickles diced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill weed chopped

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, and garlic powder with an electric mixer until blended and smooth.
  • Stir in diced pickles and dill weed by hand. Serve with your favorite chips.
