Beth Farley

Beth Farley has practiced speech-language pathology with LinguaCare Associates since 2000. “Communication and swallowing are life’s basic essentials,” she says. “I love giving patients hope and support and watching them gain independence and success.” Now COO, Farley also oversees day-to-day operations at LinguaCare, where nominator Kelsey Higgins says she leads by example. Farley takes mentorship seriously. “Our goal at LinguaCare is to reproduce ourselves in our therapists in the hope that they will well exceed our own abilities.”
