Maple Miso Dressing
A little sweet, a little salty, a lot tasty. This dressing is perfect for arugula/citrus salads or whatever greens just happen to be your favorite! And it’s so easy to make, you’ll be eating it on everything.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 –3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 –2 pinches J.Q. Dickinson salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine miso, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt, stirring briskly with a fork or whisk until smooth.
- Add olive oil to mixture and whisk.
- Depending on your taste, add more lemon, salt, and/or syrup to get the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and acidic for your dressing.
