Technicians who deliver home health equipment, physical therapists who get patients back on their feet, pharmacists and nurses and doctors and all of the administrators who make their jobs possible—living through a pandemic has given the staff of WV Living a fresh appreciation for the many thousands of people across the state who dedicate their days to keeping all of us healthy.

Stephanie Fragale has worked at the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center for nearly two decades. She followed her mom into nursing and found her niche in oncology. “There’s something very humbling about being able to provide care and comfort while navigating a patient’s care through one of the scariest times in their life,” she says. Her husband, M. Dean Fragale, expressed admiration in his nomination. “Like most nurses, Stephanie has a heart the size of Texas.”
