Technicians who deliver home health equipment, physical therapists who get patients back on their feet, pharmacists and nurses and doctors and all of the administrators who make their jobs possible—living through a pandemic has given the staff of WV Living a fresh appreciation for the many thousands of people across the state who dedicate their days to keeping all of us healthy.

Rayan Ihle is a pulmonology and critical care superhero. She and her colleagues care for the sickest COVID-19 patients in intensive care units across the state. She keeps up with the latest COVID-care literature and risks her own health daily. It’s all about service, Ihle says. “My purpose is to help people and to make a difference. To treat, to educate, to inspire, and to show my children that mountains can be moved. You just have to get up and move them.”
