Technicians who deliver home health equipment, physical therapists who get patients back on their feet, pharmacists and nurses and doctors and all of the administrators who make their jobs possible—living through a pandemic has given the staff of WV Living a fresh appreciation for the many thousands of people across the state who dedicate their days to keeping all of us healthy.

Mandy is a Health Care Hero not just for doing her job effectively during a pandemic, but also for the love, kindness, and care she shows while doing it.
Kim Hundley
Amanda Jordan has a “nursing heart,” she says, that compels her to give back and fix problems in any way she can. Some days giving back is just a genuine smile as students pass by, showing she cares and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Kim Hundley’s nomination says she’s watched Jordan handle the extra stress and safety precautions and the pandemic in general with calmness and grace. “She loves her job and our students, and it shows.”
