For 30 years, the West Virginia Rivers Coalition has been focusing on its mission to restore and conserve the state’s rivers and streams. In 2019, it launched a campaign aimed at teaching West Virginians about climate impacts and possible solutions to the climate crisis. More than 200 trained volunteers statewide help to monitor and educate. Check out the website for tips on how to support and donate to its cause.
