This quick and easy take on pasta salad is both refreshing and delicious. The mouthwatering dressing combination will make this dish one of your dinner-time staples.
Ingredients
- 1 pound bowtie pasta cooked, rinsed in cold water, and drained
- 1 7-ounce jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil drained
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 3/4 cup sliced black or green olives
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup cup basil leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup cup grated Parmesan cheese dressing
- 3/4 cup cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, spinach, basil, and parmesan cheese. Toss until combined.
- In a small bowl whisk olive oil, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, oregano, basil, garlic, and pepper. Drizzle over the pasta salad and serve.
