Set against the rolling landscape of Germany Valley, Asbury’s at Seneca Caverns is redefining what it means to dine in the mountains.
Operating from May through November, Asbury’s welcomes guests Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. While Seneca Caverns undergoes preservation work, the restaurant has stepped forward with a clear and confident direction of its own.
At the heart of Asbury’s new identity is a focus on clean, intentional eating centered around high-quality proteins, fresh ingredients, and satisfying flavors. The menu leans into a mountain steakhouse feel, highlighting steak, seafood, and protein-driven dishes that are both elevated and approachable. It’s a shift toward simplicity done right: real food, cooked well, in a setting that feels like your favorite place in the mountains you always come back to.
Guests can now enjoy seafood buffets twice a month alongside new carnivore buffets offered twice monthly—bringing a strong, steak-forward energy to the table. Sundays offer a rotating weekly feature alongside the full regular menu, giving guests a reason to return again and again.
Beyond the food, Asbury’s continues to build something bigger. Friday nights come alive with live music on the porch, creating an easy, welcoming atmosphere for guests to unwind. Drive-in style dining remains a staple, inviting visitors to pull up in classic cars or motorcycles or simply enjoy the view from the property. Gemstone mining continues to be offered as well, keeping a longtime favorite experience available for families and travelers exploring the area.
Looking ahead, the team is continuing to expand thoughtfully, including working toward the addition of a wine and beer program to further enhance the guest experience.
