For the past eight years, we’ve been celebrating West Virginia’s birthday—June 20—by going out and exploring all the wonderful things our state has to offer and encouraging you to do the same. This year, we are officially inviting you to join us with a special West Virginia Day of Play contest.
From June 20-July 5, 2026, you can be entered to win a trip for two to one of our five featured West Virginia Day of Play destinations. Our team went out and explored Upshur County, Greater Bridgeport, Pocahontas County, Mingo County, and Martinsburg / Berkeley County. We put together videos showing highlights of each destination so you can check out all the great things to do in each place. After you watch the videos, make sure you complete the form to enter for your chance to win! If you are chosen as the winner, you will win a trip to the destination of your choice!
