Hill n’ Hollow Family Farm and Sugarworks
This veteran-owned family farm in Griffithsville specializes in honey, lumber, vegetable, and maple syrup production. Hill n’ Hollow’s pure maple syrup, made from sap tapped from sugar maples on the farm boiled down to concentrate its sweetness, is deliciously pure. It also serves as the base for infused syrups made by adding natural flavors like amaretto, cinnamon, coffee, and ginger—great in coffee, tea, and mixed drinks and as an ice cream topper.
