Hawk Knob Hard Cidery & Meadery
Hawk Knob Hard Cidery and Meadery was West Virginia’s first hard cidery. Josh Bennett and Will Lewis are dedicated to producing unique, traditional ciders and meads using ingredients locally grown in the Greenbrier Valley. West Virginia–grown apples give its traditional ciders a crisp finish, and regionally produced wildflower honey is combined with the juice of heirloom apples or elderberries to form two styles of mead. 2245 Blue Sulphur Pike, Lewisburg, 304.651.4413, hawkknob.com, @hawkknob on Facebook
