Farmer’s Daughter Market & Butcher
Founded by husband-and-wife duo Kate and Pete Pacelli, this little Capon Bridge store and whole-animal butchery is a three-time winner of Best of West Virginia’s Best Burger. Tuesday through Sunday, the shop slices and dices up local, sustainably sourced, pasture-raised meats. The base of its burger is dry-aged beef. Order the House Burger to get that topped with melted American cheese, crunchy lettuce, and pickled red onions, all stacked beautifully on a bun. 2908 Northwestern Turnpike, Capon Bridge, 304.856.2550, farmersdaughterwv.com, @farmersdaughterwv on Facebook
