Ridge View BBQ
You’ll find slow-cooked, hickory-smoked barbecue and smokin’ fast service at Ridge View BBQ in Institute. The family-owned and -operated business began back in 2007 when Wendy and Jim Smith and Nicki and Nick Gohlmann took their recipes on the road. You can still find them at fairs and festivals, and on Mondays through Fridays at their stationary location, for hickorysmoked favorites, platters, sandwiches, burgers, and wings. 5010-1 Fairlawn Avenue, Institute, 304.400.4650, ridgeviewbbq.com, @ridgeviewbbq on Facebook
