Horseradish Sweet Pickles
That average jar of dill pickles in your shopping cart can take on a whole new life with a little sugar, vinegar, and horseradish. Sweet and crispy with a delightful kick, they’ll be your new favorite way to eat pickles.

Ingredients

jar dill pickle slices
drained
1
cup
sugar
¼
cup
white vinegar
1 8-
ounce
jar pure horseradish
Instructions
Add sugar, vinegar, and horseradish to jar with pickles.
Replace lid and shake to mix ingredients. Refrigerate.
Shake pickle mix every other day. They’ll be ready to eat in three weeks.
Store in the refrigerator.
Notes
NOTE: You may need to look in the refrigerated section of the grocery store for horseradish—the highest quality is kept cold.
