Ingredients

whole milk Greek yogurt

fresh parsley

mixed herbs
dill, mint, tarragon, and cilantro

chopped

fresh lemon juice

lemon zest

extra virgin olive oil

teaspoons
capers

Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Pulse until combined well and season to taste.
Serve as a dip or toss with salad greens. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
